St. Patrick's Day Headband for Dolls

St. Patrick's Day Headband for Dolls:

Items Needed:

-Green foam 

-Shamrock Pattern or print out

-Tacky or craft glue

-Velcro

-Scissors

-Green marker

Getting to Work:

Step 1:  Trace, color, and cut out one Shamrock (for each headband.)

Step 2:  Cut two strips of green foam (or one long strip depending on the size of your foam).  The foam strip should be about 2 inches wide.

Step 3:  Glue the two foam strips together, overlapping one piece on the top of the other piece, with tacky glue and allow to dry.  This creates the headband.  Skip this step if using one long foam strip.

Step 4:  Once dry, glue the shamrock onto front center of the foam headband.  Allow to dry.

Step 5:  Attach two pieces of Velcro (one rough and one soft) to either end of the headband.  This will serve as the way to open and close the headband around the dolls head.  You may need to put the band around the dolls head and adjust the Velcro to make sure that the headband is tight enough on the dolls head.
