Simple Tutu for your Doll

How to Make a Simple Doll Tutu:

Items Needed:
-Unused bath poof
-Pipe Cleaners
-Scissors

Getting to Work:

Step 1:  Cut the string in the middle of the bath poof.  This will release the poof to create a long mesh piece.
Step 2:  Measure the pipe cleaner around the waist of your doll.  I ended up using one and a half pipe cleaners and just twisted them together to create on long pipe cleaner.
Step 3:  Scrunch the mesh piece together.
Step 4:  Stick the pipe cleaner into the scrunched mesh piece.
Step 5:  Pull the mesh toward the ends of the pipe cleaner to create the tutu.  I started to wrap the tutu around my doll's waist to help guide how far I needed to pull the mesh piece out towards the ends of the pipe cleaner.
Step 6:  Once you have the tutu fitted on your doll, twist the ends of the pipe cleaner together to fasten the tutu in place.

Now, get ready for some ballerina or dress up fun with your doll!
